We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • If you damage any items in the home, you will be charged the amount to replace the item. • FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or Light remote control will result in a $50 Charge • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $2,000 Charge • FEES: $200 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. - EARLY CHECK-INS - are not guaranteed. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check-in early. - LATE CHECKOUTS - must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11 am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price. - PACKAGES - It is OK to send mail/packages to this location. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail/packages. - GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT: Only the number of guests included in your booking is allowed to stay overnight. All bookings will be required to submit a list of all people staying at the house prior to receiving access. Please let host know if amount of guests changes and submit a reservation change if needed.
